These generational differences influence key organizational areas such as employee engagement\, commitment\, flexibility\, motivation\, team dynamics\, and responses to change.Understanding these differences is essential for managers. When unmanaged\, they can lead to miscommunication\, conflict\, and reduced productivity. When leveraged effectively\, they create stronger collaboration\, higher morale\, and improved team performance. This module equips leaders with the awareness and strategies needed to navigate generational diversity and harness it as a strength within their teams.Anyone interested in learning more about the monthly topic is welcome to attend. Coffee & informal networking 8:00 am\; Meeting & program start promptly at 8:15 am. Comprised of individuals and companies in the Healthcare Industry including medical\, insurance and care services\, the Healthcare Council is a committee of the Greater Valley Chamber with a purpose to educate members\, the business community\, consumers\, and government representatives on ways to reduce employee absenteeism costs\, increase worker productivity and reduce overall healthcare costs. The Healthcare Council meets the third Friday of each month.  Please note: AI notetaking is not permitted in the Healthcare Council Meetings.
