About our presenters:
Vincent Farisello is co-leader of the Labor & Employment practice, maintaining a versatile practice in the areas of labor and employment and general corporate law. Vincent’s clients include closely held and public businesses, non-profit organizations, independent schools, municipalities, and startups; in many cases, acting as clients’ general counsel.
Nick Zaino is co-leader of the firm’s Business Services practice. He practices primarily in the area of labor and employment law and has extensive experience counseling, representing, and training employers on all aspects of the employment relationship. Nick also has experience representing employers in traditional labor matters including negotiating collective bargaining agreements, arbitrating grievances, and defending unfair labor practice complaints. His clients range from small to large companies in various industries such as banking, health care, education, manufacturing, engineering, retail, construction, and non-profit organizations.

The goal of the Chamber's Human Resource Council is to highlight current trends and tools to attract and retain a talented workforce through education and leadership development. The HR Council provides an opportunity for business owners, managers, HR professionals and others handling HR to to keep up with the latest HR trends, gain more knowledge, and meet and connect with your peers.
They typically meet the last Thursday of the month January - May and September - November. Membership in the Greater Valley Chamber is required for membership in the group; however, anyone is welcome to come to any meeting to learn more about the group or about the topic of the month.
