In a high-pressure professional environment, physical well-being is often the first thing sacrificed—yet it is the very foundation of peak cognitive performance. This presentation explores how the latest wearable technology and data-driven health tools can be leveraged to manage stress, improve sleep quality, and sustain high energy levels throughout the workday.
Dr. Jay is a graduate of Quinnipiac University with his Masters in Physical Therapy, and a graduate of Arcadia University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has completed an Orthopedic and Manual Therapy Residency and Fellowship training and is Board Certified in Orthopedics (OCS). He achieved a Doctorate in Manual Therapy (DMT) and is 1 of a select few Physical Therapists in CT who is recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). He is also certified in Dry Needling (CMTPT), certified in the Barbell Rehab Method (BRM), a certified running coach through the (RRCA), and implements these skills in his clinical practice.
