Today’s workplace often includes four distinct generations working together, each bringing unique values, communication styles, expectations, and approaches to accomplishing work. These generational differences influence key organizational areas such as employee engagement, commitment, flexibility, motivation, team dynamics, and responses to change.

Understanding these differences is essential for managers. When unmanaged, they can lead to miscommunication, conflict, and reduced productivity. When leveraged effectively, they create stronger collaboration, higher morale, and improved team performance. This module equips leaders with the awareness and strategies needed to navigate generational diversity and harness it as a strength within their teams.

The Healthcare Council meets the third Friday of each month.  Please note: AI notetaking is not permitted in the Healthcare Council Meetings.
